Swapping
How do I swap?
Choose the coins and networks you send and receive, enter the amount and your address, then click Exchange and send the amount shown on the order page. We swap automatically and send the result to your wallet.
Do I need an account?
No, anyone can swap. Sign up to see your order history and join the referral program.
Which coins and networks are supported?
USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH on networks including TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, TON, Arbitrum and Optimism. More are on the way. BTC and ETH can't be swapped directly with each other yet; swap to USDT or USDC first.
How long does a swap take?
Mostly as long as the blockchain takes to confirm. Once your deposit is confirmed, the swap usually finishes within a minute; payout time depends on the destination network.
Fees & rates
What fees do you charge?
Just two: our service fee (a percentage of what you receive) and the payout network fee (charged by the blockchain). Both are shown before you confirm. No hidden charges.
Why is the amount an estimate?
Crypto prices move constantly. We swap at the market quote when your coins arrive; the final amount shows on your order page.
What is a floating rate?
The rate is the market quote at the moment your coins arrive and the swap starts. The amount shown when you order is an estimate; the final amount is on your order page.
Orders
What if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?
The order goes to manual review. Support will help you top up, or refund to the refund address you gave.
My order expired but I already sent funds. What now?
Contact support with your order ID and the transaction hash. Once we confirm the deposit, we'll continue the swap or refund you.
How do I check an order's progress?
Enter your order ID on the Track order page; no login needed. Registered users can also see every order under My orders.
Referrals
How do referral rewards work?
Sign up to get your referral link. Each time someone who joined through it completes a swap, you earn 25–40% of our fee, rising with your total volume.
How do I level up?
Swaps by people you referred, and your own, count toward your lifetime volume. At 50,000 / 100,000 / 200,000 USDT you move up to VIP2 / VIP3 / SVIP automatically, with a higher reward rate.
How do I withdraw rewards?
Request a withdrawal in the referral center, pick a network and enter your address. The minimum is 10 USDT; payouts go out after review.
Can I change my referrer?
Signing up through a referral link binds you to that referrer automatically, and it can't be changed afterwards.
Account & security
I forgot my password
Click Log in, choose Forgot password? and set a new one with a code sent to your email.
How do I keep my account safe?
Use a strong password you don't use anywhere else, and never share your email code. Our staff will never ask for your password or codes.
Do you hold my coins?
No. Your coins pass through Speed only for the swap itself and go straight to your address afterwards. We don't keep user funds.
