1. The service
- Speed provides instant crypto swaps: you send one cryptocurrency to an address we provide, we convert it at the market quote at the time of the swap, and send the result to the address you give us.
- We don't hold user funds, and we don't offer deposits, lending or investment products.
2. Eligibility
- You confirm you are at least 18, have full legal capacity, and that the laws where you live allow you to use this service.
- Don't use the service if you are in a restricted region or on a sanctions list.
3. Orders and rates
- The amount shown when you order is an estimate. The final amount is based on the quote when your deposit arrives.
- Orders that don't receive payment in time expire automatically.
- If the amount, coin or network doesn't match the order, it goes to manual review and extra network fees may apply.
4. Your responsibilities
- Make sure your recipient and refund addresses are correct and under your control. Losses caused by a wrong address are your responsibility.
- You must not use the service for any unlawful activity.
5. Fees
The service fee and network fee are shown before you confirm. Placing an order means you accept them.
6. Referral program
Rewards follow the levels and rates published in the referral center. We may cancel rewards and suspend accounts involved in abuse or fake volume.
7. Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for delays caused by network congestion, third-party outages or events beyond our control, though we'll do our best to help.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
